Overview
Problem
Festival-goers struggle to understand, trust, and confidently book complex festival travel packages, leading to drop-offs and missed conversion opportunities
Festival-goers were dropping off before booking, not because they didn't want to go, but because they didn't understand what they were paying for. Bundled packages combining flights, accommodation, tickets, and transport are unfamiliar to most first-time festival travellers, and the existing site never explained how the pieces fit together or why booking through Festigo was safer than piecing a trip together themselves. That gap between interest and understanding was where users were abandoning.
Solution
A refreshed brand and website experience that clearly communicates value, simplifies festival travel planning, and drives confident bookings
The redesign didn't try to convince festival-goers Festigo was exciting, the festivals do that. It focused on removing doubt: clearer structure explaining what's included and how booking works, trust-building sections addressing the "is this legit" hesitation that comes with paying upfront for a bundled package, and a refreshed brand that matched the credibility needed for a high-value purchase, not just the energy of the events themselves. The goal was to get users from "this looks fun" to "I understand exactly what I'm buying" before they hit the booking button.
Our Goals For The Project
Confident booking
Ensure the website clearly explains Festigo’s festival travel packages, inclusions, and booking process so customers feel confident committing to a high-value travel experience.
Scalable website structure
Design a flexible and modular page structure that allows the Festigo team to easily add new festivals, destinations, and services as the business grows.
