OVERVIEW
Problem
Festival-goers struggle to understand, trust, and confidently book complex festival travel packages, leading to drop-offs and missed conversion opportunities
Festigo Travel offers all-in-one festival travel packages that combine flights, accommodation, tickets, and transport but the existing website experience does not clearly communicate how the service works or why it’s valuable. First-time users are often unfamiliar with bundled festival travel, and key information about services, inclusions, group travel, and payment options is difficult to find or understand. This lack of clarity creates friction in the booking journey, causing hesitation, confusion, and abandonment before conversion. Without stronger storytelling, trust-building sections, and a clearer structure, Festigo risks losing high-intent users who are excited to travel but uncertain about committing to a high-value purchase.

A refreshed brand and website experience that clearly communicates value, simplifies festival travel planning, and drives confident bookings
We redesigned Festigo Travel’s digital experience to help festival-goers better understand how festival travel packages work, what’s included, and why booking through Festigo is the easiest and safest option. By introducing clearer messaging, structured sections, and refreshed branding, the solution reduces friction in the decision-making process and builds trust for users booking high-value travel experiences. This approach supports both customer confidence and key business metrics such as engagement and conversion.
Rebranded the website with updated colours, typography, and visual assets to better reflect the energy, community, and credibility of Festigo Travel.
Redesigned the homepage and key pages with new educational sections such as Why Book With Us, Our Services, Group Flight Packages, and Festival Tickets to clearly explain offerings and reduce user uncertainty.
Improved the overall user experience by creating a more logical content hierarchy, clearer calls to action, and simplified pathways to booking supporting higher engagement, reduced drop-offs, and increased conversion potential.
